May 14, 2016. Tyler, Texas. Our latest premium episode concerns a crash that took the life of a 21 year old woman named Haile Beasley. Her Ford Focus was crashed into by a Dodge Ram pickup driven by a 42 year old man named James Fulton in Tyler, Texas. The officer at the scene gave Fulton a ticket for failing to maintain his lane. While it seemed that the matter was settled, Beasley's family was not pleased that there wasn't much of an investigation into Haile's death. They then asked the district attorney to get involved. Was this crash an accident? Or was James Fulton responsible for Haile Beasley's death?
