In 2015, Dr. Mary Yoder, a New York chiropractor, mysteriously died at a hospital after falling ill. The reason for her death was discovered two months later after a test revealed it to be a drug named colchicine which is normally used to treat lupus, but is highly poisonous in higher doses. The early suspects were Mary's husband, her son, and her son's girlfriend, Kaitlyn. The investigation would uncover a number of clues all leading to one person.
